Hannah Richardson, Global Marketing Director at Gravitas Recruitment Group, explains why she chose SourceFlow to deliver six new recruitment websites in six months - all integrated with Bullhorn and Broadbean.

 

SourceFlow: Tell us a bit about Gravitas as a company?


Hannah: “Gravitas are an internationally renowned, award-winning, recruitment group supporting niche roles within the technology, insurance, and banking sectors. They help fuel innovation by supporting specialisms that underpin development, transformation, and growth.

SourceFlow: Why did you choose to partner with us?

Hannah: “Our previous recruitment website provider was not meeting our needs, so we decided to partner with SourceFlow, because of their growing reputation of doing things differently.

SourceFlow: How did you find the delivery of your recruitment websites?

Hannah: “It was a very fast-paced and complex project including multiple languages, a redesign, and a large technical/SEO specification. We started off by testing one website build for Germany, and then proceeded to work together to build another five recruitment websites within six months, for the Netherlands, our Group website, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

 

“We had regular weekly catch ups (sometimes more), allowing us to fix issues as they appeared. It was a huge project, and overall we were very happy with SourceFlow’s delivery of the project. We’ve had great feedback from our staff, clients and candidates alike, commenting on how user friendly and engaging the website is.”
 

SourceFlow: How did you find the team to work with?
 

Hannah: “The team was excellent throughout. We couldn’t have done it without the excellent service and hard work from our account managers, Bryony and Helen. We also had amazing support from the CEO, CRO, CTO and all the developers involved in the project. It was a team effort that really paid off.”

 

SourceFlow: Do you feel like you are listened to as a customer?
 

Hannah: “Yes, we had a lot of specific requirements at all stages, and SourceFlow listened and took on all requirements, including the great feedback, and things we needed to be improved.”

Hannah: “The flexibility to tailor their service to our specific needs – quickly.”

 
SourceFlow: What’s next for Gravitas in terms of recruitment marketing?

 

Hannah: “It's now time to improve the performance of the websites – which are already performing much better than they previously did. We will build on the excellent foundation we’ve been given to generate leads for the business. We’re also excited to now have the time to get stuck into new multi-channel marketing campaigns for all the key areas of our businesses across tech, insurance, and banking and all our countries. Having the websites as a strong representation of our business and brand, will help elevate all the future marketing we do.”
