The interview

SourceFlow built three new recruitment websites for Xcede Group, working alongside our partners Bullhorn and Broadbean to deliver joined-up industry-leading solutions.

 

We interviewed Xcede Group's Head of Marketing, Janan Gok, to discuss how the group’s brands’ elevated their digital marketing through moving their websites to SourceFlow.

 

 

SourceFlow: Tell us a bit about Xcede Group as a company?

SourceFlow: Why did you choose to partner with us as your recruitment website provider?

Janan: “Bryony, Helen, (Project Delivery team) and the dev team were amazing to work with. They were very understanding and quick with our last-minute changes and requests. They kept us updated with weekly check-in calls and guided us nicely through what can be a very stressful process.”

 

SourceFlow: “What are you most pleased with during this project?”

SourceFlow: “How have your new recruitment websites improved your sales and marketing? Are there any metrics you can share?”

  • Google organic clicks increased by 14% between 12th February 2024 (site go live date) and 8th April 2024 compared to the same period in 2023.

  • Monitored Rankings (comparing back to February 11th)

    • 15 Keywords increased ranking

    • Five Keywords ranked for the first time

  • Google organic clicks increased by 23% between 12th February 2024 (site go live date) and 8th April 2024 compared to the same period in 2023.”

 

SourceFlow: What's next for Xcede in terms of marketing?

 

Janan: “We also recently switched over to Bullhorn, so we are looking forward to using Bullhorn Automation and reaping the benefits from the seamless integration between SourceFlow and Bullhorn. Additionally, we have a phase two review of the websites planned and are always looking at continuous improvement.”
